病原体グループ (Etiology Group)

 病原体グループは、病原体の特性及び発症要因の解明とそれを利用した防除対策の設計に関する研究開発を行っています。具体的には、水産防疫上の重要疾病であるレッドマウス病、冷水病等の病原体の特性とそれら病原体の感染から疾病発症に至る要因について調べるとともに、それを利用した防除法の開発を行っています。

レッドマウス病国内分離株で浸漬攻撃後のシロサケ死亡魚 口腔内に発赤が認められる。
 
レッドマウス病原因菌の培地上のコロニー
 
伝染性造血器壊死症ウイルス(IHNV)実験感染ニジマス死亡魚 眼球突出が認められる。
 
魚体へのエレクトロポレーションによるIHN DNAワクチン接種。
